Hourly bookings start from the time you meet the driver within the included waiting time and end in the area of the city where the pickup was indicated. For Economy+ or Business class, included waiting time is 15 minutes for non-airport pickups, 45 minutes for Economy+ airport pickups, and 60 minutes for Business airport pickups. For First Class, waiting time is 30 minutes outside the airport and 90 minutes for airport pickups. Hourly bookings are limited to a specific duration and include the specified pickup location. Toll and parking fees are not included in the price.

Pre-booking saves time, especially when traveling to a new city for business or important meetings. Your taxi will be available at the airport upon arrival, avoiding long queues. An airport transfer is a ride from the airport after your plane lands. During booking, you provide your flight number so the driver can arrive according to your landing time. Flights are not tracked for rides to the airport. If you need a specific terminal drop-off, include it in the address. You can change your flight number free of charge up to 3 hours before pickup.

For limousine bookings, the driver will hold a pickup sign with your name and surname. You may request custom text on the sign when booking. For Quality Taxi bookings, vehicle details and driver contact information are sent via SMS before pickup. If you have difficulty locating your driver, you can call them using the mobile number provided in the SMS.
